Change the compatibility mode to XP. It worked for me if you know computers and how to do stuff you'd know that.

The same issue with Win 7 32-bit: "Not compatible with your system...". Although the latest patch was in 2013.

Totally useless indeed. Like robertka1, I got the same message so I can't run it and there is no such thing as an update. Complete rubbish for anyone running a 64-bit Win7 system. Zero stars!

Downloaded this app. The message after its installation says: "Not compatible with your system. Download update" {Windows 7 64-bit} but there is no update available. I downloaded the latest version and the same message occurred. Uninstalled. Cannot give even 1 star.
